This privacy policy explains what Songhub2.online collects when you visit, why, and what choices you have. We keep it short and plain, the way we would want to read it.
What we collect
Like most websites, this site records basic visit data in server logs: pages viewed, time of visit, browser and device type, and approximate location from your IP address. We use this to see which guides people actually read and where the site breaks, so we can fix the right things first.
If you post in the site's discussions or send a report, we store what you submit — your chosen display name and the text of your message — so the conversation works and so we can act on corrections. Do not post personal details you would not want public, such as your home address or phone number.

This site may use cookies to remember simple preferences and to measure traffic through privacy-respecting analytics. What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not collect your SongHub library, your songs, or anything that happens inside the SongHub app — the app runs offline on your device, and nothing about your singing reaches us. We do not require an account to read any guide on this site.
Links to other sites
Our pages link out to official sources, mainly the SongHub project on GitHub. When you follow a link and leave this site, that site's own privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for how external sites handle your data, so give their policies a quick look if it matters to you.
Your choices
You can ask us what data connected to your discussion or report submissions we hold, and ask for it to be removed, through the site's report and discussion channels on the contact page. We honor removal requests for content you posted, unless we need to keep a record for security or abuse-prevention reasons.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles data, we update this page and note the new date at the top of the change. Small wording fixes may not be announced, but meaningful changes to what we collect will always show up here first.
